As you read thru this site and the information that it contains, my hope is to show you the battle that a father must go thru to be an equal participant in his childs life.

 

On the top of this page you will see a new link that has been added. On September 12th, 2008 I filed a Constitutional Challenge to Ohio's ORC 3109.04, ORC 3109.043 and Civ Rule 75N in the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court (case number 5:08CV2188) in Akron. This is cause of action seeks to have the afore mentioned Ohio laws found unconstitutional and seek damages for my lost rights caused by the laws of the State of Ohio. I am going to try my best to have all the files for this case on line for all to view as this case unfolds. May God Bless us in this fight and give us the strength to see this thru to the end. Say your prayers that we get a court that recognizes the true meaning of equality and respects the due process rights of all fit parents.

 

This case, along with the filing by Chuck Evans in Franklin County Common Pleas Court (see www.pacegroup.org) are part of a multi-pronged attack on the laws of this state thru the different legal avenues that are available. Add to this a filing by Michael galluzzo to have his entire case declared void because his due process rights were violated from the beginning and we have come full circle. We have them surrounded now and we will get answer to the age old question of why fit parents are not guarantied due process and equal rights just because they are divorcing.

 

Both Chuck's case and mine have had movement within the courts. In both cases they are trying to dismiss us improperly. The fight is on and we will not give in to courts that fail to see what they are doing to fit parents across this land.

As you look around at some of the other information on this site I will try to explain in as much detail as possible the battles that I have had to wage thru a family court system that has no regard for the equal protections that the U. S. Constitution provide for each of us. Understand that this is a work in progress and more information will be added as I have time. This is a time consuming process and I have more information that one should have on the family court process and how fit parents are separated from their children all on the discretion of a person that knows nothing of the real people involved.

 

Some comments of mine may be controversial to some and offend but as I have gone thru the fights and watched the "Fathers Rights" movement from within, I have gained considerable insight into who is really fighting the battle and who is just talking about it. Many of the current players in this movement I know personally and communicate with on a regular basis. Some I know only by name on the web.

 

You will get a close look at the methods and just what my own involvement has been as I have tried to gain equal rights for all fit parents for this war is on families and not solely on fathers.  Read my treatise on the problems that we face to get this last vestige of equality changed. Sorry guys, I have talked to and had just as many women come to me with tails of judicial discretion gone bad as have men.

 

I want you to read the messages that I have written to the Domestic Relations Courts and to the Lawyers. These reveal many of the problems and the failure of both these players to act to correct laws that they know are wrong.

 

I will open up some of my own personal life to you and allow you to see some of my photos of myself and my son. Allow you to see that a real person is fighting a battle that they should not have to fight in modern society.

 

I ask that you please keep in mind that this is and will always be a work in progress as evidenced by the addition of a blog. My first time to use this tool and I am still learning.

 

I have added new information and will continue to as time permits. I have updates the pictures page and have added some links from the Politics page to show some of my activities in the arena. You will also see the addition of a link marked To Tami (I love her with all my heart). This is a collection of very personal notes to a special lady from which I am currently separated. I can only pray to the Good Lord that she will wake up to her current situation and allow me back in her life. Some info that I have received and passed to her indicates that this may be sooner than most expect as much of what I told her in these notes is now coming true.

 

As I get the chance and as my own data base grows (not that it is not large now). I will be sharing information with the Nation Organization for Parental Equality (NOPE). As a member of this organization, we are trying to bring together as many groups as possible that support equal rights for all fit parents. We are in the process of creating a map of the United States that will provide links to advocates in every state that can help you with the process and the fights that you will face.

 

This fight has just begun as has this site but the

CIRCLE IS TIGHTENING.
